Prof. (Dr.) Sandilyan is a chef having worked with Taj Group of Hotels, P&O cruises and other Hospitality leaders. He has also worked with corporate catering and QSR chains. He spent over 20 years at various leading academic institutions and Universities both in India and abroad and has mentored over 2000 students who are hospitality leaders today. Dr. Sandilyan is certified as a learning facilitator by EHL, Switzerland and AHLA. He is on the editorial board of numerous leading journals and has also authored numerous book chapters and books. He serves on the BOS for numerous universities and is also regularly invited as session chair/ keynote speaker for conferences and workshops.
