The future hospitality aspirants attended workshop on Indian starters and Mock-tails. Various delectable starters like tandoori chicken, tandoori paneer, tandoori mushroom, tandoori alu, Rajmah ki tikki was demonstrated and hands on practice on the dishes was done by the future hospitality professionals. Chef Gagan, Faculty of FHTM also gave them various tips on preparing these interesting dishes. They also have interactive sessions on Mock-tails like Lemon Cooler, Fruit cup, Rainbow in Glass, Watermelon slush, Pineapple ginger fizz, Virgin Watermelon Margarita was made by the senior students Gopal, Jaspreet and Nandini under the supervision of Mr. B.L.Punjabi faculty of FHTM Food and beverage service. Overall it was a very informative and inspiring workshop for the students.
