Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management organized yet another interesting workshop on healthy soups and salads on the 16th Of July. The aspirants were welcomed by the dean and the faculty of the FHTM department with a warm welcome speech. Chef Madan and Chef Gagan demonstrated various interesting soups and healthy salads. The day got more interesting when Siddeshwar school’s students also took part in the workshop where they tried their hands-on art of salad making along with the other present future hospitality aspirants. They were introduced to the importance of adding healthy nutritionist food in their diet. The day was filled with enthusiasm and creativity as everyone present participated in the workshop and learned different varieties of soups and salads.
