Today on January 11 2017 a session was conducted by the Dean, Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, SGT University at Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay for the Cooks of about 45 schools in the North Region.
It was an interactive session on the subject of safety and security in kitchen and its importance. The session lasted for about 1and a half hour and was much enjoyed by the participants.
Thereafter Chef Sanjay Tyagi conducted a hands on practical program for the cooks on the making of innovative desserts without the usage of oven, special equipments and by using normally available ingredients. It was a very popular program and all the cooks and office bearers enjoyed it and appreciated the innovative nature and ease of learning.
The Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay Society presented a memento to the Dean and Chef on the conclusion of the program.
