On May 16, 2017 Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management invited Chef Jai Kumar Bhasin Executive Chef Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Miami, Florida USA to interact with aspiring hospitality professionals. Chef Bhasin shared his inspiring story of joining the industry as the trainee Commis III to becoming an Executive Chef of one of the best cruise liners in the world. He stimulated the young minds with narratives of his rich experience and stories of his globetrotting life. He drew up the career path for joining the cruise lines and answered queries put up by students with absolute enthusiasm.
