Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Managements organised a student interactive session with Chef Harish Mathur, Chef at William Angliss Institute of TAFE, Melbourne, Australia on April 11, 2017 at 11 AM. It was suitability titled as “Global Hospitality Growth and Career Prospects, My Story“. He shared innumerable inspiring stories of his life as a Chef and now as a Culinary Trainer. His association with Taj Palace New Delhi as Executive Chef and teaching culinary skills to aspiring chefs in Australia has given him a well-heeled background in global hospitality scenario. He answered all student’s queries with élan and kept a high interest quotient.
