Chef Madan Lal is a qualified chef and trainer with over 11 years of industry and academic experience. A graduate from IHM, Panipat in 2007 he has pursued an M.Sc in Hotel Management Catering & Tourism Technology from Punjab Technical University, Jalandher. Chef garnered industrial exposure into culinary arts from Old World Hospitality, Habitat Center, New Delhi and served a reputed restaurant chain in Singapore as a Senior Executive Sous Chef. He ventured on his academic journey from IHM Jyotisar (Kurukshetra), KC college of Hotel Management, Nawanshehr (Punjab), Kurukshetra University and Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. Chef Madanlal has multi faceted culinary expertise in various cuisines but his forte is Indian Cuisine with specialization in North Indian Kitchen. He has successfully completed an exhaustive residential workshop on Indian Cuisine Dr Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Chandigarh by NCHMCT, Food Safety & Hygiene certificate course for food handlers at Singapore and countless other conferences at Kurukshetra University and MD University Rohtak. He was the force behind collaborations with Haryana Tourism ventures such as Chandigarh Carnival, Surajkund Mela and Mango Festival Pinjore He is closely involved with training and mentoring young chefs and has been the guiding light for Chef Competitions and industry interface such as Nestle and Rich Cream.
