Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management organised a Bakery Demonstration Workshop on January 20th, 2017. Chef Neelanjali Sharma of The Dessert Queen fame made some exotic desserts like Coconut Tapioca Pudding, Caramelized Puff Pastry, Blackberry and Rose Sorbet and Frozen Expresso Bombe for the students of BHM semester II students. She is a baker par excellence who pursued her bakery course for the very prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Her international exposure and experience was apparent in her discourse and the ease with which she made all the desserts. All present completely enjoyed the informative session.
