Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, SGT University & Rational AG collaborated to get the students of BHM 3rd year experience the combination ovens called “Self Cooking Centers” on February 9th 2017. Chef Toshit Sharma National Corporate Chef made an impressive presentation along with live cooking to make his point clear to the students. The queries that followed were well answered by him. Students not only learnt about the intellegent cooking but got to taste some mouth watering delicacies like tandoori chicken, mutton seekh kabab, grilled fish, lamb chops, malai chicken tikka, Dal Makhani and Vegetable Pulao etc. The class ended with a certificate being presented to the University.
